Characteristics

1. Polymer compound, formaldehyde-free. Suitable for fixation finishing of reactive, sulfur, direct and vat dyed fabrics.

2. Good penetration and adsorption performance.

3. It can form a lake with dyes inside fibers to strengthen the binding force of dyes on fibers.

4. Co-bathing with amino silicone softener will impair its performance.

5. It has negligible impact on hand feel and slight color change. It can greatly improve dry and wet color fastness; the wet rubbing fastness of dark fabrics can be improved by 1–2 grades.

 Reference Process

1. Impregnation Method

Dosage: Wet & Dry Fastness Enhancer: X% o.w.f. (adjust according to shade); Bath ratio: 1:10~20

Process: Dyed fabric (pH 7) → impregnation (30 ℃, 20~30 min) → drying (low temperature: 60–80 ℃; high temperature: 100~105 ℃)

2. Pad-dry Method

Dosage: Wet & Dry Fastness Enhancer: X g/L

Process: Dyed fabric (pH 7) → two dips two nips (10~30 ℃, pick-up: 70~80%) → drying (100~105 ℃)

Notes

1. This product shall not be heated. Soft water is recommended for preparation. The freshly prepared working solution is a translucent emulsion at approx. 25 ℃ and shall be used promptly.

2. Apply at low temperature; do not heat the working bath.

3. For use in dyeing vessels, add the product first and keep the working liquor well circulated.

4. When applied before stenter, pre-dilute the product in the high-level tank under continuous stirring. An air bubbling system on the feed tank is recommended to avoid settling of the fixing agent during operation. Cool the solution prior to feeding to the stenter.
